Can a steel building work as an ADU?
Yes — we design custom single-story, two-story, and loft shells used as ADUs, studios, and guest houses. Your contractor finishes the interior to local code, or we can quote the build-out.
What's included in the posted package prices?
Posted prices include the building shell, taxes, delivery, and installation east of the Mississippi on your existing concrete pad. Custom doors, windows, trim, and interior build-out are quoted separately.
How long does installation take?
Most CLSC buildings are installed in under 10 weeks from contract, weather permitting. Larger commercial builds are scheduled case by case.
