A barndo is only as good as its bones. CLSC barndominium shells use cold-formed steel beams instead of wood framing — fireproof, termite proof, and stronger than concrete — with porches, gambrel roofs, and wraparound options designed around your floor plan.

Man Caves & She Sheds

If you're going to live in it, make sure it's strong. From a 26 × 26 RV mancave with a 24-foot lean-to to a 48 × 50 monster with 14 × 14 commercial doors, CLSC builds backyard retreats that hold the toys, the tools, and the refrigerator stocked with your favorites.

RV & Boat Storage

Seventeen-foot walls, fourteen-foot doors, lean-tos for the trailer — CLSC sizes RV and boat storage around your actual equipment, including combos with living quarters above or beside the parking bay.

Commercial & Flex Space

Restaurant, nightclub, dealership, retail — if you can sketch it, we can build it in steel. CLSC customizes commercial buildings from single-bay flex space to 4-story climate-controlled facilities, with the urban-industrial look your brand wants.
